Sony is ready to bring to the market a 7” digital photo frame that sports a built in picture printer!  In as little as a few seconds, you can give  to the attendees copies of the images that you have taken at the party.  The concept of a digital photo frame that sports a printer unit is not only unique, but definitely necessary.  Imagine uploading pictures of your holiday trip and printing the best ones for your family and friends right there!  Imagine taking pictures of your friends and printing their pictures and handing it to them as keepsakes! The digital frame in question is the Sony DPP-F700, which is a 7-inch digital frame that uses a S-Frame WVGA LCD display.  It is capable of displaying pictures at the resolution of 800×480 and has an aspect ratio of 16:10.  It displays pictures with lively colors and distinct focus.  The screen is encased in a modern black frame.

The built-in printer is able of printing pro caliber 4” by 6”, 300 by 300 dpi photos in under 45 seconds.  The thing that is outstanding is that you can modify the photos before printing them.  The altering options allow you to work on photos in various ways, including reduce, enlarge, crop, date stamp, borders, brightness, contrast, hue, and sharpness controls.
