Eragon: Eragon is a poor young boy trying to help keep his family fed. When he finds a shiny blue stone he thinks it might bring food to the tables. The stone turns out to be an egg, a dragon egg. Eragon and this dragon were destined to be together. Now they will go on great adventures together.

Hired-To-Kill: A Mercenary poses as a gay clothes maker to spring insurgent leader ‘Ferrer’ from a Latin American jail. His commando squad with six attractive ladies posing as models is impressive. Well generated, although awesomely stupid. Cast includes Nico Mastorakis, Peter Rader. Brian Thompson, Oliver Reed, George Kennedy, Jose Ferrer, Michelle Moffett, Barbara Lee Alexander, Jordana Capra, Kendall Conrad, Kim Lonsdale, Jude Mussetter, and Penelope Reed. (91 minutes, 1990)

Hollow Man: Sebastian Caine is working on a top-secret assignment for the U.S. government. He is trying to unlock the keys to human invisibility. After succeeding on laboratory animals, he can’t resist, and takes the serum himself. He becomes irreversibly invisible, and feels threatened by those trying to cure him.

Rocky V: Rocky has retired from boxing. A brain injury from his last fight makes continuing impossible. He becomes a trainer, and his first pupil, Tommy Gunn, leaves him because he won’t move him up quick enough. After winning the title with another trainer, Tommy wants to fight Rocky to gain respect. Since Rocky isn’t allowed in the ring, they will have to do it as a street fight.

House on Haunted Hill: Zillionaire Cost offers group of individuals $100,000 each if they’ll survive a night in spooky old mansion with a haunted history. Cast includes Vincent Cost, Carol Ohmart, Richard Long, Alan Marshal, Elisha Chef, Carolyn Craig, and Leona Anderson. (75 minutes, 1958)

The Meteor Man: Townsend plays a hesitant, nerdy school teacher with a fear of heights whose hit by an abnormal emerald meteor that turns him into a superhero. Townsend additionally inscribed this “Superman N the Hood” story, full of good values, but very few funny moments. As a comedy it just doesn’t soar. Cast includes Robert Townsend, Marla Gibbs, Eddie Griffin, Robert Guillaume, James Earl Jones, Roy Fegan, and Bill Cosby. (100 minutes, 1993)
